Welcome to Holiday on Discount. The customer’s use of our website and our services are subject to following terms and conditions. Please Find below and agree to all the Terms and Conditions before making any reservations and bookings with Holiday on Discount. Customer’s use of our website and our services are subjected to these terms, conditions and policies which are subjected to change by Holiday on Discount without any prior notice.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

A reservation, accessible by clicking “book this trip” on each tour page, is an official booking request, subject to these terms and conditions. Each booking is subject to availability and is not confirmed until we have emailed an official confirmation. All information collected during the reservation process is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Do not make any ongoing or additional travel plans until the tour is confirmed.

FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability.  Prices are dynamic in nature & are subjected to change according to the date of booking and availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Prices that are quoted do not include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

We request that you carefully check the dates of your booking and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

PAYMENT DETAILS & METHODS

 

The total price of your tour package will be notified at the time of booking. It will include all the details about the services included in the package and which is included in our final booking confirmation.  At the time of booking full quoted tour price has to be paid at the time of booking, which is subjected to our Cancellation policy.

We accept Pay Pal, Credit and Debit cards, Cheque & Cash as means of Payment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after confirmations are done. Requests for refund should be made in writing within 14 days after the scheduled completion of the services. Refund requests for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from hotel / the service provider. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from the hotel / the service provider and no refund can be given without this approval. Holiday on Discount reserves the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary, charge an administrative fee. For packages, no refunds can be processed for partially utilized services and no-Shows. In the event of no-show Holiday on Discount reserves the right to release the complete booking and levy 100% cancellation charges.

Cancellation more than a 3-4 week in advance: 15% administration fee

Cancellation between 2-3 weeks prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount plus administration fees that might be imposed

Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount

Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable

Airport, Limousine or Coach – transfer services are non-refundable

TOUR PRICE

Once we have sent a booking confirmation or invoice, we will only change the price of holiday if there is a change or increase in any one or more of the following:

  • Transportation costs (including the cost of fuel);
  • Dues, taxes or fees chargeable, such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports; or
  • The exchange rate applicable to the particular holiday package. In the event of a significant increase in any of the components that are included in tour cost i.e.: hotels, entrances, flights, transportation & food.

COMPLAINTS

 

We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays, an enjoyable and trouble free vacation but occasionally plans go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28 days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint.

RESPONSIBILITY

It is understood that, we act as Travel operators only for all services covered hereby. Further we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes. During your holiday your driver, tour leader, guide, hotel or other service providers may offer services or excursions which are not included in the price of your holiday or listed in our itinerary. Since they do not form part of your tour with us, we do not accept any responsibility for their cancellation or curtailment or for any loss, damage, injury or death that you may suffer. If you wish to make a complaint or bring a claim in relation to such excursions or activities, then you should contact the person who offered them to you directly.
